‘Origins of Miami’ is a gin brand that I have created that is inspired by a recent trip to the States. South Beach, Miami was my absolute favourite place out of all the cities I travelled to. It was party central; full of life, vibrant and colourful and not to mention the strong booze - they are very generous with their pours. I wanted to create a gin brand that reflected the culture in Miami, a bold and colourful drink that catches your eye and stands out from the rest. The arched logo represents the sun, as Miami is in Florida and is also known as “The Sunshine State”. I have also included palm trees in the logo as they make up 60% of the urban tree canopy in Miami Beach.
